A 1978 carving class, than ten years of pottery never looked back upon. Over a decade of stone carving; then, carving wood, and construction - combinations of welded metal with carved stone or wood, than both, these genres evolved quickly. That fabrication process naturally evolved into assemblage of found objects with those sculpted materials.
Initially, my pursuit was formal visual language in figurative art. Abstract form evolved, empowering expressive interests that explore concepts of spiritual environmentalism through multi-dimensional language. That generates conceptual forays into synthesizing physical, emotion and intellect insights as holistic sensual impressions of one thought. This work seeks to merge form and content, forming one, conceptual realism.
